Arben Bala

Arben came to Norway as a 17 year old after traveling through Europe from a young age.

He was an outstanding kickboxer, but his career took a turn when he was recommended to Joachim Trier, who gave him a supporting role in the movie Reprise. Since the movie’s premiere in 2006, Arben has contributed to a number of film- and TV productions. Some of those are Lilyhammer, Okkupert and Livstid. In 2021 we saw him in the role of Khabib in the drama comedy series Jordbrukerne. The series was awarded with two awards at the Canneseries. He has also been seen in the successful Viaplay series Pørni and Nede and TV2’s 2023 comedy series Krypto Kings. 

In addition to screen we have seen Arben on stage in productions such as Salong, Foreldremøte and Fri.
