Gitte Witt

Gitte got trained at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York and has made her mark with strong performances in both Norwegian and international films.

She landed her first leading role in Brakkvann and has since been a key player in films such as Pornopung, Å begrave en hund, Puss, Varg Veum -kalde hjerter and Norways first Netflix-film, Kadaver.

She starred in Søvngjengeren,which was selected for the main program at the Sundance Film Festival, and in 2025 she will appear in the Netflix thriller The Woman in Cabin 10, alongside Keira Knightley.
