Helén Vikstvedt

Helén is educated at both the National Academy of the Arts, Ballet and Theater. Since graduation Helén has worked at several of Norway’s biggest theaters, as an actress, dancer and choreographer. Among them Nationaltheatret and Oslo Nye Teater. Some of the productions she has contributed to are Petra von Kants bitre tårer, Loppen i øret. Broene, and Presidentinnene.

From screen, Helén is known for 20 spørsmål, Løvebakken, Klassen, and Fjols til fjells. She was also the host for Hjelpekorpset in 2008.

Helén is one of the country's foremost in improvised theater and she has been Nordic champion several times. Helén also has the podcast Fag og Feminin along with with Janne Formoe.
