Janne Formoe

Janne is educated at the National Academy of the Arts, Theatre. After she has been connected to a number Norway’s theaters; Teater Ibsen, Trøndelag Teater and Nationaltheatret.

Janne had her stage debut at nine years old, and has years of experience in the fields of theater, film and TV productions. She had her breakthrough in the movie Buddy in 2003 and the year after she had a great success with her one-woman show Neverending Story.

Today she is mainly known for the hit comedy series Neste Sommer, which is now in its twelfth season. She has also been one of the judges at Norway’s got talent and she was the host for Drag me out spring of 2022. She plays a notable role in the kids movies Karsten og Petra, in addition to Fjols til Fjells and the TV series Farfar.

Janne had the leading role in the movie Jentetur in 2022.
