Jenny Skavlan

Jenny is a Norwegian actress, TV profile and designer. 

In 2017 she had her first performance as judge in the NRK series Symesterskapet and has been a judge in this competition in every season since 2019. Spring of 2020 she had her own documentary Avkledd. Jenny has also hosted several big scale live TV broadcasts such as TV-aksjonen, Melodi Grand Prix and Spellemannprisen.

She has had roles in the popular films Børning and Børning 2. She also appeared in the Swedish TV series Halvvägs till himlen at SVT and played one of the main characters in NRK’s Nesten voksen.

Jenny is very committed to environmentally friendly fashion and re-design, and was engaged in the creation of the app Tise, where people sell and buy reusable clothing. In the spring of 2020 she created the sewing group Fæbrik along with Mari Nordén, Ingrid Bergtun and Ingrid Vik Lysne. Jenny has also collaborated with a variety of designers such as David Andersen, Pierre Robert and REN.
