Karoline Kjønniksen

Karoline is CEO of Fæbrik. She brings solid experience in brand building, commercial strategy, entrepreneurship and growth. She previously served as Sales Director at Holzweiler and played a key role in building the fashion brand Camilla Pihl. In 2025, she published the first book in the children's book series Mette og Mustafa. The books were acquired by the Norwegian Arts Council the following year.

Through her own social media channels, Karoline shares glimpses of both her professional and family life, including the building of her home, Livetshus, along with engaging observations on society and everyday life.

Karoline is available for advisory work in leadership, change management, sustainability, strategy and business, as well as mentoring and development. She gives talks on these same topics, drawing on her own experience in both leadership and entrepreneurship.

She is also open to carefully selected commercial collaborations on social media, where relevance, quality and alignment with her values are essential.
