Sara Khorami

Sara is educated at Det Norske Teatret’s theater school, the multi-cultural, which is an acting program for students with backgrounds from outside of Europe. She was employed at Det Norske Teatret after her education. Here, she has had roles such as Antigone in the play Antigone, Solveig in Peer Gynt and Kristin in the production of Kristin Lavransdotter, which has received great reviews.

Sara has been standing out in several films and TV productions. Some of these are I Am Yours, What Will People Say and Full dekning. In 2020 she was awarded with the Gullruten award in the category “Best supporting role” for her role in the TV series Witch Hunt. For her role in the movie Nothing To Laugh About she won the Amanda award in the category “Best supporting actress” in 2020.

We have also seen Sara in Made in Oslo and Afterglow- which was awarded with the High School Award for best series in Cannes in 2022.
